2. Data we process when you contact us

This website has no forms. Personal data is processed only when you contact us by email or by phone. In that case we process your name, your contact details (email address, phone number) and the content of your message, as well as any information you choose to share with us.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries) in all other cases.

We keep this data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the periods required by statutory retention duties (for example commercial and tax law). After that, the data is deleted.

3. Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which acts as our processor. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical data that is necessary to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks: IP address, user agent (browser and operating system), date and time of the request and the requested address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable delivery of the website).

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

4. No cookies, no analytics

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not load content from third parties. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The only item stored in your browser is described in the Cookie policy.

5. Your rights

Under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.

6. Right to lodge a complaint
